What FlipSmart Is

FlipSmart provides a software tool — the FlipSmart Evaluator — that helps users analyse the financial viability of used car deals in Australia. FlipSmart also offers an educational course covering car flipping strategy for the Australian market.

FlipSmart is not a financial adviser, vehicle inspector, or licensed dealer. The tool provides estimates and guidance only. Every deal is different and we recommend you do your own due diligence before purchasing any vehicle.

Who These Terms Apply To

These terms apply to anyone who accesses or uses the FlipSmart Evaluator, the FlipSmart car flipping course, or the flipsmart.com.au marketing website (“you” or “your”). By using any FlipSmart service, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use FlipSmart.

Subscriptions & Payment

All FlipSmart subscriptions, payments, billing, and account management are processed through Whop, our third-party commerce platform. When you subscribe, you enter into a direct billing relationship with Whop under their Terms of Service.

Subscription pricing is displayed on the FlipSmart marketing site and within the Whop checkout flow. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. FlipSmart reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

Free Trial

New subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial of the FlipSmart Evaluator. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

If you do not cancel before the end of the 7-day trial, your chosen subscription plan will begin and your payment method will be charged at the then-current rate. Cancelation can be managed directly through your Whop account dashboard.

Software Access

With an active subscription, FlipSmart grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the FlipSmart Evaluator for your personal or business vehicle evaluation purposes. This licence is limited to you as an individual and does not permit resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of the software.

FlipSmart may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Evaluator at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes.

Course Access

The FlipSmart car flipping course is sold as a one-time purchase. Upon successful payment, you receive lifetime access to the course materials for personal educational use only. Course content may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without written permission from FlipSmart.

Course materials are provided for educational purposes. They do not constitute financial advice, and outcomes will vary based on your individual circumstances, effort, and market conditions.

Refunds

Subscription Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. Once a billing period has commenced, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will review your situation fairly.

Course Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund on the FlipSmart car flipping course, provided you have not substantially accessed or consumed the course materials. “Substantially accessed” means you have completed more than 30% of the course content. This is a reasonableness-based approach consistent with Australian Consumer Law.

To request a refund, email us at hello@flipsmart.com.au with your purchase details. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Intellectual Property

FlipSmart owns all intellectual property rights in the FlipSmart Evaluator software, the car flipping course content, the FlipSmart brand, logo, and domain names, and the flipsmart.com.au marketing website. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

You retain ownership of any vehicle data you enter into the FlipSmart Evaluator. FlipSmart does not claim ownership over your deal data.

Limitation of Liability

FlipSmart provides estimates, guidance, and educational content. Vehicle valuations, profit projections, and deal recommendations are generated by an AI-assisted model based on the information you provide. They are not guarantees of sale price, profit, or market performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, FlipSmart is not liable for any loss, damage, or cost arising from your use of — or reliance on — the FlipSmart Evaluator, course materials, or website. This includes (without limitation) financial loss from vehicle purchases or sales, regulatory penalties, or missed opportunities.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, FlipSmart’s liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid FlipSmart in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 AUD.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising under these terms will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
